Calling Out all girls between the ages of 12-18 who want to start getting stronger at their sport as well as build their self confidence and  at the same time building their skills and endurance as an athlete. burn fitness is running an 6 week program designed to strengthen and condition the girls in a variety of skills including agility, speed, coordination, strength and flexibility. This training will put your child on the next level in whatever sport she plays. Classes will start on Saturday, September 23 from 2-3pm.
